ALL CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE EVALUATIONS OFFICE WILL BE TO YOUR STUDENT EMAIL ONLY.
- Please apply in the semester in which you will becompleting your degree/certificate requirements.
- Please submit a separate application for each degree/certificate if you are applying for multiple degrees/certificates.
- Students may not earn an AA and an AS in the same program.
- Diplomas and Certificates are available for pick up approximately two months after the semester has completed. Students will be notified by their student email when the final evaluation is completed.
- A student who applies and does not meet all degree requirements for the term requested, will be required to reapply in the semester in which all requirements will be met.
- For the Commencement Ceremony, honors designation will be awarded to those who achieved a 3.5 GPA or higher at the end of the Fall semester.
Application Deadlines
Summer 2010: August 6, 2010
Fall 2010: December 10, 2010
Spring 2011 graduation:
March 4, 2011: to guarantee your name in the commencement program.
April 15, 2011 last day to apply
COMMENCEMENT DATE: SATURDAY APRIL 30TH.
