Notes for success


  • Please apply in the semester in which you will becompleting your degree/certificate requirements.
  • Please submit a separate application for each degree/certificate if you are applying for multiple degrees/certificates.
  • Students may not earn an AA and an AS in the same program.
  • Diplomas and Certificates are available for pick up approximately two months after the semester has completed.  Students will be notified by their student email when the final evaluation is completed.
  • A student who applies and does not meet all degree requirements for the term requested, will be required to reapply in the semester in which all requirements will be met.
  • For the Commencement Ceremony, honors designation will be awarded to those who achieved a 3.5 GPA or higher at the end of the Fall semester.

 



Application Deadlines

Summer:  August 21, 2009

Fall:  December 11, 2009

Spring graduation:

March 5, 2010 to guarantee your name in the commencement program.

April 23, 2010 last day to apply
