SPRING and SUMMER 2011 DEGREES AND CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP IN THE MORRIS BUILDING ROOM 107.  M - F 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Notes for success

  • ALL CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE EVALUATIONS OFFICE WILL BE TO YOUR STUDENT EMAIL ONLY.
  • Please apply in the semester in which you will be completing your degree/certificate requirements.
  • Please submit a separate application for each degree/certificate if you are applying for multiple degrees/certificates.
  • Students may not earn an AA and an AS in the same program.
  • Diplomas and Certificates are available for pick up approximately two months after the semester has completed.  Students will be notified by their student email when the final evaluation is completed.
  • A student who applies and does not meet all degree requirements for the term requested, will be required to reapply in the semester in which all requirements will be met.
  • For the Commencement Ceremony, honors designation will be awarded to those who achieved a 3.5 GPA or higher at the end of the Fall semester.

 



Application Deadlines

Fall 2011 - December 16, 2011

Spring 2012:

March 2, 2012 to guarantee your name in the commencement program.  You must be eligible at the time you apply.

April 13, 2012 last day to apply for the spring semester.
