MJC provides very accessible courses designed to help you improve and polish office skills.
Open-Entry/Open-Exit
Many of MJC’s Office Administration courses are offered “open-entry/open-exit” which means you may add a course well into the semester, and the course is complete once all the requirements have been met.
Convenient Times
Courses are offered in the Office Administration Center where you can work at times most convenient for you, DAY OR EVENING. Instructors will work with you on an individual basis.
Summer Hours
Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Fall and Spring Hours
Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.Friday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.Orientation Schedule
We have set aside the first week of the semester for orientations only. Course work and timelines for completing your course will begin during the second week.

Beginning your Course
Before you start your course, you are required to attend one of our 90-minute course-specific orientation sessions listed below. Please select a time that fits your schedule and show up a few minutes early, as only the first 40 attendees with be admitted.
Note: If enrolled in multiple courses including a keyboarding course (201, 202, 203, 301, 302, or 303), you only need to attend a keyboarding orientation.
To enroll after the semester begins, come to the Office Administration Center, Founders Hall 131, for information.
