Beginning Fall 2011, Modesto Junior College will be implementing a new way for students to receive disbursements from MJC, the MY YCCD CARD from Higher One. MJC has partnered with Higher One, Inc., a financial services company focused solely on higher education to bring this new method of refund disbursements to campus.
Founded in 2000, Higher One provides higher education institutions and their students with efficient, convenient and easy-to-use solutions to handle financial disbursements.
The new MY YCCD CARD will provide MJC students with increased choice when it comes to receiving their financial aid, including the preferred Easy Refund method – the fastest and easiest way for students to gain access to their financial aid funds – literally the same day MJC releases it.
What Students Need to Do:
The new My YCCD CARD will be mailed to each student’s current address on file with MJC. Therefore, it is critical that all students verify their mailing address with Admissions as soon as possible.
We are very excited about this opportunity to provide Modesto Junior College students faster service and increased choices for receiving their Financial Aid funds. Please help us in educating students about this exciting new service at MJC.

1. Updates may be made to schedules, so please check here and BB frequently
2. A request for trading clinical sites/days will be accepted until Tuesday, December 27th at 5pm. It must be submitted in writing, with signatures from both students-no exceptions. This does not guarentee a change will be made, the final decision will be made by faculty. If there is a possibility of doing clinical at DMC complete and submit the etenet access form prior to this date, even if you are trying to trade away a DMC clinical rotation.
3. The office will be closed on 12/27: if you are turning in a request to trade you can try and slip it under the door, tape an envelope to the door, or drop it off to Public Safety to hold for me. I will also need an email regarding the trade, and where you left the written request. This email must be sent by 5pm, also on the 27th.I will be coming by the office at some point that afternoon to pick up the requests.
