The most recent addition to the Foundation staff, Gene Hill joined the MJC Foundation January 2, 2009, coming from Imperial Valley College. He serves as chief fundraising officer and is responsible for generating funds and overseeing all areas of the Foundation. His degrees are from Northwest Christian College (University), University of Oregon, and Fuller Theological Seminary.

Gigi Sherriffe joined the Foundation in 2006 coming from a position as the recruitment and marketing Director with the Girl Scouts of America. Gigi is an active member of Modesto Rotary, and a whole host of other community organizations. Born and raised in Modesto, Gigi is committed to expanding the Foundation through the President's Circle, Stadium Campaign, and other opportunities. She's a friend to all and has never known a stranger! Gigi is a graduate of MJC and CSU Stanislaus.

Amy joined the Foundation in 2005. She serves as the Assistant to the Executive Director. She assists in the planning and development of major fundraising events, fundraising campaigns and the oversight of the Foundation budget. She has earned an Associate's Degree from MJC and her Bachelor's Degree from Chapman University.

Sandy joined the Foundation in 2004. Sandy oversees the Alumni Association and "friends of" groups at Modesto Junior College. She is the chief volunteer recruiter for fundraising and special events. Sandy is a proud Alumna of MJC - class of 1996 and went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from Cal State Stanislaus.
