Camp confirmation
Once we receive your registration form we will send you a "Campers Package" with your confirmation, emergency forms and additional information. You MUST return your signed form(s) to us before the camp begins or your child will not be able to attend the first session. Please send them in early, so you don't forget.
Does my child need to be signed in and out?
Your child is very important to us. You will pick up your child at his last class of the day. You will sign him/her out with their teacher. You can choose to do that yourself or if your child is 10 or older, you can give them permission to do it themselves (permission form will be in your Campers Packet). Campers cannot be dropped off before 9:15 a.m. and must be picked up at 4:30 p.m. sharp.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully - because this is such a large program, we will not be able to offer refunds, transfers or credits in fairness to children and their parents who have committed to our program and signed up on a first-come, first-served basis. On the Create Your Own camps - you will give us your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices - we will enroll your child on a space available basis and let you know which classes they were able to get into.
Policy on Behavior
All campers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that demonstrates courtesy and respect for others and the facilities. Disruptive students will be dismissed from the program and the parents will be contacted to pick them up. You will receive a Student Conduct Form in your Campers Packet which will need to be signed by you and your child(ren) before they can begin camp. Please review this behavior policy with your child.
May I attend class with my child?
No, sorry. We ask that you do not go into the classroom while camp is in session so the instructor and students are not disrupted. Many of the camps have either projects to take home or presentations that will be given on the last day of camp, which you will be invited to attend.
