Belly Dance Fusion
This class will introduce a melting pot of different regions and styles of belly dance such as the traditional Middle Eastern, tribal fusion and belly-hip hop. Basic hip, chest, and hand isolations will be learned, as well as steps and choreography. Be prepared to dance barefoot. Classes open to all levels, including beginners. Ages 14-17 may register with a parent or guardian, both need to register. Medical release form provided at first class. Revealing your belly is optional, but dress comfortable. Tribal-Improv Belly Dance
Based on the idea of American Tribal Style (ATS) belly dance. A modern form of improvisational belly dance blending Spanish Flamenco and Middle-Eastern Dances performed in a troupe. A Leader armed with hand gestures and vocal ques leads the troupe into a set of movements. Now, any troupe can build on this vocabulary for improv to slow or fast music. Basic belly dance technique, coordination, and fun combos led by a member of Adamantine will be drilled. Students will work together in a relaxed atmosphere to develop a troupe. Zills/finger cymbals are permitted in class. Be prepared to dance barefoot.

Girls’ Night Out - Ladies’ Dance Class
Ladies! So you don’t have a dance partner or your husband refuses to dance? Don’t miss out on the fun. Join this dance class that is designed for women without partners! In the same way the women jitterbugged together back in the 50’s, we girls will pair up and take turns leading and following each other in the Samba and the Merengue. It’s Electric - Line Dance
We’ve all heard of The Electric Slide , now there is the Cha Cha Slide! The Electric is distinctly a product of the disco era, as the Cha Cha Slide brings line dancing to a hip hop audience. Compared to other popular line dances, the C.C. Slide has a unique format where the song actually instructs the dancer in what to do. Bring a friend, a date or just join the group. Instructor will go over these and other types of line dances. No partner required. It’s Electric!

Want to feel confident and smooth on the dance floor? Be in control of the steps? Be able to dance with any partner? This class will help. The men will learn how to lead several steps in the Foxtrot and Swing, while the ladies learn how to read the signals the men are sending. This class is a must! No loose sandals or flip flops!
