Family Judo - Kids Ages 6 and Up
Now is your chance to spend quality time with the family as you work towards the same goal. Class format gives parents and their children an excellent opportunity to learn together in a non-competitive and family-friendly environment. Beginning students will learn the history of judo, basic judo throws, hold-downs and the escapes. Judo is a great tool to help reinforce etiquette and discipline; builds self-reliance and esteem. Children should be comfortable around older children and other adults. Children will work within their family group and will be given the opportunity to interact with others in age and skill-appropriate matches.

MAAC is a fitness/competitive USMS Sanctioned Masters Swim Club for the Modesto area's adult community. It is designed for adults who wish to swim in an organized, relaxed, fun atmosphere. Coaches are there to help and provide an appropriately-geared, fitness-oriented workout and stroke-technique feedback.
