Beginning Harp I - Workshop for Adults
Have you ever wanted to play the harp? It’s easier than it looks! You will learn to play simple melodies and accompaniment on the Celtic harp. No prior musical experience necessary - just bring your love of this beautiful instrument.

Learn to Fiddle
Our very own MJC Assistant Concertmistress of the MJC Orchestra will explain the “Art of Fiddling” and the differences between a violin and a fiddle. Learn Celtic, Canadian and Popular fiddling in this hands-on class. By the last session you will discover a love for fiddling. This class is designed for all levels. Hali began her music instruction at the age of 3. By 5 years old she entered her first fiddle contest. At ages ten, eleven and twelve, she won the New Mexico State Grand Champion Fiddler. She placed second in her age division, along with winning Fanciest Fiddler and Best Female Entertainer different years. Hali wants to share her love of the fiddle with all.
