Grab a partner (you must provide your own), 2 sheets and a pillowcase and get ready to have fun! Learn the basic art of Swedish Massage and deep relaxation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing; bring 2 sheets and a pillowcase. Massage tables will be provided Both partners must enroll in the class.

In this class you experience the therapeutic use of essential oils through massage. Massage Therapy is an excellent way of reducing stress. Experience an Aromatherapy massage. Students need to bring yoga mat, 2 flat sheets, two pillows and two pillow cases. $5 material fee paid to instructor in class. Both partners must enroll in the class.
