Belly Dance - #4787
Students will learn traditional Middle Eastern dance steps, basic moves and choreography. This class will introduce basic hip, upper body and hand movements. Zills balancing and veil moves will also be incorporated. Solo and group routines. Dressing for the class is really up to you, but you must dress ready to move: no jeans or stiff clothing, nothing with a high waist band. Leotards, long flowing skirt or loose pants are best. Be prepared to dance barefoot. Class open to all levels - beginners are welcome.

Tahitian Dance - #1768 & #1809
Learn the exotic and graceful Tahitian Dance. We will be working up a sweat, so dress accordingly. There will also be a drummer at the class to help you keep the rhythm. Loose, comfortable clothing preferred - knees and lower legs should be visible.
