Kids Beginning Cake Decorating - Ages 8-14 #1594
Learn the basics of cake decorating. This beginning class uses 1/2 of a sheet cake board to practice basic borders and flowers. The kids will decorate a Disney cake at the last class to take home. Bring to first class: Decorating Tips: #4, #16, #30, #47, #67, #71, #104, #190, #136, #2F and #199; 1 coupling, 1 - 8" decorating bag, 1 - #7 flower nail, 1- Lily flower nail set and one cookie sheet. $10 material fee paid to instructor for board, cake & icing.

Kids Cooking: Holiday Cookie Making from Scratch
Ages 10+ - #0519
Learn how to make, bake and decorate you own cookies with colored icing, sprinkles and sugar to give to family and friends for the Holidays. You will learn how to mix a homemade sugar dough, roll it out then use 3" cookie cutters in the shapes of Pumpkin, Bat, Train, Bear, Angel, Star, Snowflakes, Christmas Tree, Gingerbread Boy and Girl. You will bake and then decorate the cookies with homemade Royal icing, lots of beautiful colored sprinkles and sanding colored sugar. You will get to take your finished cookie home with you. Bring an apron. Parents can also register with their child. $10 material fee per person paid to instructor at class.

Chocolate Candy Making for the Holidays - Ages 10+ - #1767
Get ready to learn how to make your own personal homemade gifts of chocolate goodies for your family and friends. You will learn to make different designs of Holiday Chocolate Lollipops. Together we will also make some very easy Rocky Road Bites and delicious Chocolate Truffles. Sampling is allowed during the class and you will be taking home your creations in a beautiful box. $10 material fee paid to instructor.
