Peggy Gardiner, former manager of multi- million dollar estates, will explain how to cook simple, healthy, and quick meals. During the first session, you will also learn how to casually entertain at home, menu planning, shopping lists, and how food should be stored. During the second session we will roast a chicken, create a delicious pasta salad, and toss a tasty salad. Learn what preparations can be done in advance and how. Beginning Cake Decorating - #0531
Learn the basic way to bake a cake and the basics of cake decorating. This beginning class uses 1/2 of a sheet cake board to practice pressure and control techniques.
