MJC Junior Golf - Ages 7-13 #4896

A course for students to learn the fundamentals of golf. This includes rules of golf, etiquette, and play (putting, chipping, pitching and full swing) leading to on-course instruction. If you have clubs, bring them, otherwise clubs will be provided at no cost. $11 materials fee (for cost of range balls for 5-week session) will be paid to instructor the first class.

Judo for Kids - Ages 6-15 - #7287
Students will be divided in groups by age - ages 6-9 and 10-15. Students will learn official Kodokan Judo techniques that were established at the Kodokan Judo Institute in Tokyo, Japan in 1882 by Professor Gigoro Kano. Beginning students will learn the history of judo, etiquettes, purpose and physical and mental benefits: self-confidence by learning basics judo throws, hold-downs and the escapes. Students will also learn the basic differences between judo, jujutsu, karate and other striking martial arts. Judo Gi is optional. Ask to have a Judo Gi order form mailed to you.

Kids Aikido - Ages 8-14 - #1776
Aikido is a non-violent Japanese martial art. Class goals are to instill self-empowerment, self-confidence and conflict resolution. Aikido will help increase awareness and add to and instill options for "Good" choices. Wear t-shirt and long sweat pants.
