MJC's Campuses

Modesto Junior College is located in the very heart of California's Great Central Valley.  A popular educational destination for northern San Joaquin Valley students, MJC is also a great place for anyone who likes to be close to both major metropolitan areas and to pristine mountains.  Modesto is less than two hours from the city life of San Francisco, the beaches of the Pacific Ocean, the State Capitol in Sacramento and great skiing and hiking in the Sierra Nevada mountains.  One of California's largest visitor attractions, Yosemite National Park, is only a short drive to the east.

MJC East Campus

The MJC East campus is served by several municipal bus lines and an inter-campus shuttle.
